Loved the private onsen, we only got to try the stone one (they have two, wood and stone). Loved how close the place was from the beach and shrine, and the bus stop too! The hosts were very nice, and the breakfast are great! They also have a microwave, hot water, and instant coffees and teas.

    This is undoubtedly the best hotel I have stayed in. Everything from the location, the amazing staff, the huge room from where you can see the beach and the incredible private onsen inside the room was 10/10. It’s a bit far from everything but it’s completely worth it. Also, they provide a bus to and from the station.

    We loved everything about our stay here! The hosts are extremely nice and very helpful with recommendations etc. It was so easy for us to communicate as foreigners too as they're fluent in English as well! They accommodated our late arrival, free parking and us not eating meat and prepared a giant delicious feast for dinner the next day. The building also has 3 private Onsens, which were really comfortable. Honestly, peak Ryokan experience, we're so glad we stayed here, cannot recommend this place enough!

    Very authentic experience in a traditional but original Ryokan. The futon was very comfortable and the room spacious. The onsen was pleasant and spacious, including an outside bath. The price was fair and convenient. Overall we recommend this place.

    Very good access to Shirahama beach and bus stop. The owner couple is very friendly,kind and the breakfast sandwich was amazing! There are two private open air onsen baths(hot spring bath) and both are surrounded by nature.
