Properties with Onsen in Taipei

Very nice hotel with two very good restaurants. The baths in the room were perfection!

The apartment is very spacious - and was perfectly situated for our stay in Taipei. The building is right across the road from Beitou train station. This allowed us to explore downtown Taipei as well as some of the tourist attractions to the North and Northwest within just a few train rides. Also right next to the train station is the bus stop for regular tourist buses to Yangmingshan National Park. In the neighbourhood, you will find great Taiwanese and Japanese eateries and to top things off, there is a major supermarket just downstairs from the building. The perfect location for explorers. The host, JiiaSen did an excellent job providing us with instructions and giving us far more tips for food and tourist venues than we were able to follow up on. We will definitely be back.

We went to Taiwan for the first time and it's my mom's 70th birthday and the stay at JBG was the highlight of the trip, mom was so happy and I feel grateful for they are such a wonderful place to stay. We moved from the previous hotel in Taipei center to JBG via bus and just a 2 minutes walk from the bus station we see the hotel. During the stay we did some day trip with the bus to Yang Ming Shan forest and also to some galleries nearby, it's very convenient with that bus station and MRT 2 minutes away. The price was much less that what we paid for the previous hotel so we didn't except much. But the room was spacious, clean, fresh, and with excellent view. Hot-spring bathtub inside our bathroom makes it easy for a quick dip so mom did 3 or 4 times a day. We had such a relax time after 4 days of walking a lot to all the sightseeing places in Taipei. Night sleep was good too although it's on the side of the road, insulation must be good. Great location to discover the neighborhood, including the green forest near by - either by bus or by hiking; museum and old houses and pagodas, local (non-touristic) markets with all the best street food... The hotel (and our room, and the breakfast buffet view) looks over a big asian style garden with the Taipei Public Library (Beitou Branch). It's one of 15 best architects for public library in the world, a tranquility place to just chill out for a book or a short walk. The library opens until 9pm, I enjoyed some quick me-time inside the library at the end of a long walking day. Last but not least: excellent staffs! They are Taiwanese, Indonesian, Vietnamese... all friendly and helpful. Together we threw a surprise birthday party (which they helped me big time for organizing) for mom and we had such a great time together. They are also supportive for check in-out and at the buffet breakfast.

The staff is very helpful and responsive. I requested to check on early, they allowed me to check in 3 hours earlier (3pm, usual time:6pm). The location is near to mrt and bus station and the thermal valley and other other attractions places. Their spa bath is using natural sulphur springs water which is good for the skin.

The Staffs are very professional and super helpful. Always have a genuine smile and willingness to go the extra miles to make our stay pleasant and to accommodate our needs. The rooms are very tastefully decorated with high quality amenities. The bed is comfortable. It was truly one the best hotels we have stayed around the world.

The hotel is a boutique jem! The surrounding neighborhood is the best-it is not commercial.

I loved this place. Stylish, Japanese feel to the room meshed with clean-lined modernism. The spa was very enjoyable and the water makes you feel amazing. This is very much a couple’s place though, as the room has zero privacy of any kind- glass walls to the private spa and bathing area. So if you’re traveling with someone, make sure you’re “friendly.” I enjoyed the breakfast as well.
