Amazing experience! We felt like we were living in luxury from the moment we arrived. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and treated us so well. There were plenty of freebies in the room to enjoy. The view was stunning. The onsen in the room was incredible. The beds were comfortable and room was perfect. The meals were incredible - breakfast was huge and so delicious with generous refills on some items.

Everything was perfect. The real thermal water tap in the bathroom was absolutely insane and I am writing this from Budapest, which is called the Spa capital of the world. After those long and tiresome sightseeing days it was like returning to heaven, every single evening, and soak it off in that amazing, healing water. For us Europeans, the breakfast was excellent. We had a chance to try many of Taiwanese specialties there, and some items were way much better than on most of those terribly over-hyped night markets.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed having our own onsen in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was great and had a selection of Western and Asian foods.

Not brand new but it’s well maintained and clean. Nice elevator ride to appreciate the building. The breakfast is very good. Wide variety and tasty.

I loved this place. Stylish, Japanese feel to the room meshed with clean-lined modernism. The spa was very enjoyable and the water makes you feel amazing. This is very much a couple’s place though, as the room has zero privacy of any kind- glass walls to the private spa and bathing area. So if you’re traveling with someone, make sure you’re “friendly.” I enjoyed the breakfast as well.
