Onyado Nono Matsumoto Natural Hot Spring provides rooms in Matsumoto near Matsumoto Station and Matsumoto Castle. The room was just perfect for two. The staff were helpful and kind. The facilities were great as well as the food. The location was perfect in terms of the main train station and restaurants etc.

Conveniently set in Takayama, hotel around TAKAYAMA, an Ascend Collection Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. The location was amazing! Walkable distance to all the main attractions. The hotel offers both public and private onsen (just 2000 yen charge). Umbrellas and all the necessities were provided!

I loved the design, the location, but most of all - the wonderful staff & delicious food, beautiful garden! We have been travelling for 3 weeks and staying at various beautiful places, but SOKI Atami is without a doubt, the best! I look forward to returning soon before we leave for home.

Guest checkin and access internal of the hotel which is all tatami from lobby onwards. Clean and very transitional feel.

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Great place. Staff could speak English with no problems which was great for an international traveller. We had a beautiful view of the lake and regretted that we stayed only for one night. Very good Kaiseki dinner served in your room. The room even had a private sauna. Will definitely come back.
