Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. The best hostel I’ve ever stayed. The rooms were super clean and pretty. The common room and kitchen facilities are incredible with everything you need to cook and spend a relaxing time. Onsen was the best experience.

Good location to explore Hakone’s main attraction from Gore station, the inn even offers a free shuttle in the morning but it’s a beautiful walk from there to the station. Kid friendly facilities and friendly staff. The kitchen offers delicious dinner and breakfast (additional pay). Large and comfortable room.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. The location was close to the bus station which was convenient and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! The maisonette we booked was very beautiful and the onsen was amazing!

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Breakfast was super good (variety and quality). All staff was very attentive and caring. Onsen was really nice and relaxing.

Ugh, where to begin. We absolutely adored this hostel - the staff were delightful, the spaces we're spotless, the bed was comfortable, showers we're great, kitchen fecilities we're awesome, communal spaces we're super welcoming and homely, AND IT HAS IT'S OWN ONSEN. Honestly the nicest place we've stayed in Japan and somehow ALSO the most affordable!? Really cannot fault this hostel. We will 100% be back, loved it

Boasting rare nigori-yu milky water hot spring baths and , Mount View Hakone offers Japanese-style rooms and Japanese delicacies. Beautiful. Great onsen. Very good dinner and breakfast!
