She made tea for us and prepared us for dinner - made us feel so welcome. Dinner was the best I ever had in a hotel! We are lucky enough to see Fuji-san from our room considering it's summer. Private and public onsen are great also roof-top foot spa (get a really clear view of Fuji-san on the roof top). Breakfast buffet is perfect - alll you can drink matcha latte!! Location is great, we walked to Fuji-san rope way in the morning. Parking is free and just across the street.

It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. Quiet and comfortable space. Delicious Japanese-style breakfast. The staff is very professional, friendly, enthusiastic, attentive (I am very impressed with the staff named Son).

The property is non-smoking and is situated 35 km from Fuji-Q Highland. Even though the location is remote, a bus line arrive directly at the hotel. The onsen experience was great, even having Yukata for our 3 years old! Board games for kids and a long walk around the lake with some kids playground made it for a great time with the family. Food (breakfast and diner) was excellent, and a nice gift shop very well priced on the location!

The accommodation features room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. Spacious room, with a nice view of Mt Fuji (lucky the weather was good). Food (both in room dining and breakfast) was well-prepared and tastes very nice, and the price was reasonable too. Staff are extremely friendly, professional and provided efficient service! Lastly, a great place to stay for car fans!!

With many local ingredients and traditional Japanese culinary artistry at a fine dining level, absolutely no wishes are left unfulfilled. The rooms themselves are spacious, impeccably clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. After a wonderful day exploring the area, you can relax either on the terrace with its Zen garden or in your own private onsen bath. While the price is somewhat higher, it is absolutely justified given the quality of service provided. I would gladly return here at any time.
