This was our relax stop in the trip and we loved it! The interior was clean and not old fashioned. I loved the onsen and their massage chairs, and you can borrow manga if you'd like. The breakfast, a mixture of Japanese and Western, was delicious. In the evening they even serve noodles as a late-night snack.

ReLabo -Medical Spa & Stay- ligger i Aomori og har et fitnesscenter, terrasse, en restaurant og bar. Dette hotel med 3 stjerner har en døgnåben reception, en concierge-tjeneste og gratis wi-fi. I loved that it is basically inside the station and I could get to the stores without getting cold. Also, I LOVED that I could finally have an Onsen and a Gym! Finally, the room was spatious, I had a beautiful view for the Bridge and the staff very very kind. Ah! And for breakafast I could order truffle omelet and eggs benedict (aomori style maybe due to the apple) and they were great!

Everyone is friendly including the frontdesk grandma, uncle and young staff! Despite not fluent in English, exceptional service and top notch! Big and quiet room! The dinner and breakfast were amazing!!! Delicious and exquisite them! Walking distance to the lake was amazing! The bus stop for the lake tour was near about 5-10mins walk from it! They have a service bus to bring u back to the station in the am too! Everything was perfect! Even the morning snow from the windows were beautiful!

Historical Ryokan SENYUKAN har en god beliggenhed i Owani Onsen-distriktet i Ōwani. Det ligger 43 km fra Sannai-Maruyama site, 17 km fra Hirosaki Slot og 42 km fra Sukayu Onsen. This place is an absolute gem. The staff, food, location and room were all exceptional. I would recommend this ryokan to anyone wanting an exceptional ryokan experience. The onsen was also fantastic and the warmest one we came across in our month in Japan.

Kameya Hotel ligger i Tsuruoka, 3,5 km fra Kamo Aquarium, og har en have og gratis privat parkering. Ryokanen har en varm kilde og en døgnåben reception samt gratis wi-fi overalt. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable! The bathtub is what sold me on the room! Nice big tub with views over the ocean and hot spring water pumped directly into your bathtub! The included breakfasts were also very good, very large servings, I didn't need lunch the days I had the breakfasts. The on-site onsens were heavenly, the "help yourself" coffee station was great, and the shop had all the things I like from the hotel available to buy ( got caramel apple tea and the lovely skin sets to take home). Highly reccommend this hotel!

Ichiraku tendo spa & brewery ligger i Tendo, 30 km fra Zao Skiresort, og har en have, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. Denne ryokan har 5 stjerner. What a cool place! There were so many opportunities to taste the beer that was brewed locally on-site. From the drinks bar at check-in to the tasting room open all day to the all-you-can-drink plan at dinner, the hotel was really quite generous with their liquid offerings. Even non-drinkers are accommodated with plenty of alcohol-free options. We also liked that they had multiple private baths on site. The main onsen were also quite nice. The food was fantastic and the beef served at dinner was some of the best I've had.

Yuze Hotel ligger i Yuze Onsen-distriktet i Kazuno. Denne ryokan har 4 stjerner. Her er et fælles opholdsområde, aircondition og gratis wi-fi. Alle værelser har et privat badeværelse. The dinner was amazing - there was a station where the staff prepares a small dish on the spot for you. The onsen was eye-opening to say the least. It is located beside a stream / forest, and it was refreshing to soak in the onsen while listening to the stream flow by.

Okawaso ligger i Aizuwakamatsu, 13 km fra Aizu Higashiyama Onsen. Der tilbydes gratis WiFi og restaurant. Samtlige værelser på denne ryokan har aircondition og tv. Værelserne har eget badeværelse. Simpy WOW! It is really an amazing place. We stayed there for one night just to get the experience in staying in a ryokan with onsen. We like anime so we chose this one as it has some features of Demon Slayer anime :) Room was amazing, sleeping on futons was really comfortable. Room was spacious. We were wearing yukatas during our stay and it was just amazing! Onsen was wonderful! And the dinner - OMG - super tasty! we felt really welcomed there and taken care of. One staff member who spoke English very well was explaining us what we were eating, how to cook different parts of the meal etc. It was so lovely. We really appreciate that! If we ever come to Japan again we will go there for sure.

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. Where to begin? The room was excellent in size and had a nice feeling to it. The onsen was close by. The staff was so kind and service minded. The whole experience with dinner and breakfast was exceptional, especially the staff member whom served us with excellent English. Just the whole experience was quite wonderful.

田沢湖水沢温泉郷セルリアンリゾートAoni ligger i Senboku, 7,9 km fra Nyuto Onsen og 10 km fra Tazawako Station. Her er direkte adgang til pisterne og gratisprivat parkering. Denne ryokan har 4 stjerner. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. I had dietary needs which they had no problem in changing the set menu for me. Their food was really tasty. The onsen pools were quite small but I appreciated the large sauna and cold water plunge. I would really recommend this hotel.
