The hosts, Martin and Ani, are very kind and go out of their way to make everyone feel at home and welcome. The location is peaceful and beautiful with amazing views of the Amberd river valley and mountains. Everything is provided for guests to make their stay comfortable. We will miss waking up and looking out of the big windows on the mountains. It is a perfect place to relax and get away from the city!

the atmosphere is like home. very quiet area. very clean place, the rooms are new, the window view is great. the hosts Vahe and Meri are nice people and the dinner arranged was hearty. the shops are nearby, the famous gastro yard is 10 min walk too. bus station is ~10 min walk. yandex taxi is orderable from here to yerevan and amberd / kari lake. we enjoyed the stay

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly hospitable and accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and stylishly decorated, with all the necessary amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The location was also fantastic - situated in a quiet and charming neighborhood, yet within walking distance to several churches and lakes! The host provided plenty of recommendations for local spots to check out, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. The host truly went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back again soon! ❤️
