The accommodation is really good but surrounded by a very dirty and poor area, so don't be negatively impressed while approaching the accommodation. It is located 5-10 minutes walk to the monastery. The rooms are good and very clean. The breakfast was the hilight. It's very simple but bery intimate. A variety of local jams was served with bread, cheese, boiled egg, and tea. We also asked for Armenian coffee and the lady promptly served us. All in all it's was a good overnight stay.

The wifi was good, the showers were hot and had good water pressure, it was clean. What else can you ask for? You don't travel to this part of Armenia to hang out in the room. I hiked all day and slept well at night, which was all I wanted.

Everything was fantastic at this guesthouse, the room was big and comfortable, in perfect condition, and full of nice touches. We felt at home right away, and would have loved to stay longer. The host is very welcoming, speaks great english, and was so helpful with recommendations on what to see around, simcards, etc, which we really needed since it was our first day in the country. Also the breakfast was wonderful, we loved being able to enjoy it quietly in our own room, and she seemed quite knowledgeable about food restrictions and, specifically coeliac disease, which helped us enjoy the breakfast even more! Thank you for a perfect stay!

Great place to stay in North Armenia! Right next to the famous Haghpat Monastery and to the starting point of the trail to Sanahin Monastery! Amazing view and runned by an amazing lovely kind family! The best persons we have ever met! The rooms are extremely clean and spacious; the bathrooms as well. They have amazing food, tea, coffee, everything you need! Good communication!
