The Hotel was clean, the staff didn’t speak great English, and the reception staff were rude. The waiters were super friendly. The pool was very nice and the hot outside pool was really good. The food was always really tasty, on the first few nights it was slow to come out but over all really good.

    Check in at reception was very friendly and welcoming with a glass of bubbles or juice. Lift tickets at a discount at reception. Lockers were already reserved for us. Parking in the garage. Walked to the slopes, a 10min walk, steep, good warm up. We didn't need to use shuttle. We had dinner one night in the restaurant, which was delicious. Drinks in the bar were well prepared too.

    The quaint Austrian building and rooms are clean, well looked after and the property is run by the nicest people. The property provides parking spaces as well and is a very short walk from the ski lifts.

Great & quiet location at the upper border of the Fiss town, close to the center (but uphill back :-), close to the main lift, great views, beautiful garden next to the hotel, great wellness, all the necessary facilities for your bikes (parking & washing). We also loved the wellness and the breakfast.
