Never had such a great apartment before! A few steps from the raylway station at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Very convenient if you arrive by train. The wonderful apartment is extraordinary clean and tastefully furnished, the bed is very comfortable. The owner is especially supportive. We were allowed to ckeck-in earlier as usual due to an urgent visit in the hospital. THANK YOU VERY MUCH INDEED! We will definitely come back.

The spacious room was beautiful and comfortable. Coffee machine in room. Everything was clean. Modern bathroom with good shower. The bathroom is not en-suite, just next door, but it was not a problem as the guests are the only people on that level of the house. Very quiet neighbourhood. Parking space on the property. There is a bakery nearby, and also a very big Interspar just down the road, a couple of minutes' drive, can also walk to it, about 15 minutes. We ate at the Interspar cafeteria and the food was good - low prices after 4pm. Beautiful area next to the mountain.

Robert, the host, greeted and met us when we arrived. He is very friendly, and his apartment exceeded our expectations. It is clean, spacious, has a great kitchen, and offers a fantastic view. The bed is comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend his place!

Everything was absolutely great: it exceeded our expectations in all that matters for a guest: the host -a nice and welcoming couple - were very professional and friendly, the breakfast was tasty and plentiful, the parking place very secure, the room and bathroom so clean and home-like.... One of the best accommodations we stayed at during our extensive travels in Austria. Cosy, modern, well-equipped apartment with great views overlooking Lienz. Firm but comfortable beds. Due to the 60 euro cleaning fee it is more efficient to stay for multiple days. Highly recommended.
