Amazing experience, the thermal pools were something out of this world. Being able to swim in heated waters while its snowing above you is an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Very good, big appartment. Clean, comfy beds, all you need, including small breakfast. You need to take in account that it coulld be 2-nd floor with no elevator. Just keep this in mind when you are booking, for us it was not a problem. Good value for money.

The hotel is ideally located in Oetz, close to the swimming pool, the city center, the mountain lifts, the supermarket and the Kids Park. You can do everything by foot. Beyond this, the room was clean, we had a nice view on the mountains and a balcony. The breakfast is good and generous. Not the best we had but this is still a nice place to have it. The owner and staff have been welcoming.

We couldn't be happier with this booking. Everything was perfect, starting with the hosts, who were incredibly kind, communicative, and always willing to help. The apartment had everything we needed—the kitchen was fully equipped, the cleanliness was impeccable, the shower was excellent, and the pillows were very comfortable. The nearest ski bus station is just a 2-minute walk away, with a Spar and Mpreis nearby, as well as several great restaurants and shops. Thank you for having us!
