Nothing. I showed up and the place was closed. I spend half an hour trying to talk to someone at booking.com to get them to book another room before all the other places closed. Of course the booking.com customer service was a disaster and I ended up sleeping in my car because nothing was available anymore. Now I get to fight and wait to get my money back. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE, they do not deserve anyone's business. AND avoid bookingtoo.

This apartment was wonderful and a surprise at how nice it is inside! We (husband/wife, adult son) stayed for 1 night on a trip to Vienna. The host met us and walked us through the apartment on arrival. We had cold water in the frig waiting for us, and the apartment is beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds. We had 1 problem that was not expected. The washing machine was broke. We had been traveling for a week, and planned to do our laundry at this location before we got to Vienna, so we had full laundry for 3 people. When we contacted the owner, she offered to wash our clothes for us. She retrieved our laundry, washed it, hung it out to dry, and they gave it back to us the next morning! We all know that things can always go wrong, something can break, or other unplanned things happen. When the owner/host steps in and takes care of it - that counts! 10/10 for this property and the owners!

    I liked many things, the simplicity of check-in, flat was already available for early check-in, the design and the high quality of the interior, all organized în detail, many confy corners. The old house behind the accomodation fascinated me. Coffee, sogar and milk available beside other things. Parking 'like a boss' :) Green area for my dog. Birds singing. Green area around to explore. From there I also had amasing trips to Erzberg.
