To start off, had the nicest staff. From check-in, to check-out. Whatever requests we had, they never said no, and they tried their best with and for everything to help us have a comfortable and smooth trip. I’ve never had this kind of experience in any hotel. The spa was the most relaxing and best experience, I had to go everyday. Rooms we clean and spacious. Location was centrally located to where it was close but also not too close to the center. Close enough to walk, far enough to be in a quiet area of the city. One of the most perfect hotels I’ve stayed in out of the 40 countries I visited. Thank you to the staff at the hotel!

Warm personal greeting from the owner on our arrival, despite the check in info that have been provided to us. The location is only a walking distance from the train station. Very nice and clean room completed with amenities I.e. Coffee machine, microwave, oven etc. There is a shop next to the apartment where you can easily find basic stuff like water, food etc. Overall it was nice stay and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg.

    Absolutely recommend. We travelled by car it was easy to get to near motorways, free parking and very easy to get to Old Town car park, two turns! Very welcoming and helpful. Had dinner one night was delicious and a great option. Breakfast was plentiful with good choices. Room spacious enough and clean and warm. We will stay again had a great Austrian feel. 🇦🇹

Room was not super big for 3 people but was nice and confortable you think your going to spend much of the time outside. The accomodation is close to many restaurants, bar, busses and metro. The hotel itself is neat, has a huge free parking lot. We had a spacious room with a kitchenette. And the biggest advantage of the hotel is the location. It is located on the river bank, where you can reach the old town and all the most important objects in just 30 minutes by walking along the promenade.
