Awesome apartment, comfortable and clean. The location was accessible with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and valley. We had a very nice balcony. The room was spacious with comfortable bed. The food was delicious.

The owners are wonderful and helpful. The breakfast is perfect and has a wide variety for the smaller hotel. There is a lovely T-bar hill next door for some ski/snowboard runs and the ski bus is 10m from the front door. Dinner in the nearby hotels is easy to access and good quality. A very enjoyable stay!

    Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect
