Location is amazing. My fiancé lives in Kyustendil but we wanted a night to ourselves on my visit so we booked this place. We both agreed it’s a great spot. I wish I could buy an apartment in this location honestly!

We highly recommend the hotel, it's run by a lovely local family who gives their best when serving the guests. We've had chats on where to go in Kiyustendil - the military bath close by, the art gallery, Hisarlaka and other venues. It's a great hotel, really low-key in a top center location. The espresso in the morning that the owner does is great.

We asked them to organize a cab for us to the sequoias nearby and they helped us. Breakfast was very tasty. 24hrs reception so we could check in around 11pm.

Extremely clean, excellent for couple with baby! Excellent location near the city center. With everything in a walking distance. The apartment was euiped very well, with everything from the photos plus some snacks, bottled water, a coffee machine, etc. There is everything you need. Free parking is available in front of the building. The staff was very polite and helpful. Big rooms. We will return.

This was the second time we've stayed at this place. The previous time we were at Box room 1 which is also lovely. Really like and appreciate how clean and new it is. The place isn't big but it's got everything you need. Very comfy bed and the host is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
