Seriously amazed by the level of service at this hotel. They have a shuttle that will drive you around for free! The staff is very nice and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Excellent location, close to attractions.

Everything. Thé room was beautiful, very clean and loved the size. The location of the property is just amazing. Brunei really lives to its title of “abode of peace” and the staff and this hotel are no exception! both restaurants downstairs (Riaz and the general one) serve amazing Indian and international food respectively. I often would wait to come back fo the hotel for dinner as it was some of the best meals I have ever had. I especially loved how vegetarian friendly they are, so many vegetarian dishes to choose from was such a delight.
