The place exceeded my expectations and my stay was overall extremely good value for money. I haven't tried the breakfast lunch/dinner options. The guesthouse is in a quiet area and next to the wilderness. The host and staff were very friendly and did their best to fulfill our (small) wishes. One big surprise was the use of Elon Musk's Starlink system as internet connection, so therefore laptop use and tv-streaming was flawless.

Gem Villa Inn is a recently renovated guest house in Lesoma where guests can make the most of its pool with a view, free Wifi, indoor pool, and garden.

The guest house was easy to find ( --> Senyati road) and provided all the amenities as offered in Booking.com. Everything was functioning and in good condition. I especially liked the table for my laptop work and the internet connection via Starlink was also perfect. We really had a nice time and a relaxing weekend in a comfortable environment. Wildlife views in the Lesoma valley are within walking distance, but make sure you have your own transportation if you want to get around. Ah, I totally forgot to ask about the game drive included in the overnight stay price? And what about those 4 buggies I saw in the shelter??? :-)

This was such a hidden gem! We were graciously welcomed by Gosiame and she took care of use during our stay. She was great to talk to and helped coordinate our trip to the Chobe as well as our drive to Victoria Falls. They partner with Dreams Safaris, who were excellent as well and both reasonably priced. The location was off the beaten path but perfect for our short time in Kasane. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and big thanks to Gosiame and her sister for making us feel at home!

Charles was great during the game drive. Awesome guide. We asked him to show us a leopard. He showed us a leopard. We got some great takes of lions almost killing a baby tender hippo. Maybe next time we'll be lucky. The chef was also great. And of course Tshiamo too. That dessert was so good. Totally worth the price of the whole dinner. Service and attention were on point.
