First floor room had an interior exit but also a door to the outside parking lot. We liked being able to park just outside the door but be inside to get coffee at breakfast. We had some leftovers which we wanted to reheat and were told where a microwave was which we could use. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom large. The location is very convenient for driving into St John’s on Highway 2.

The location is lovely. The owners are welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Having a lounge area was also nice as it allowed me to sleep in while my partner lounged reading with a cup of coffee.

It met our expectations. They own added her own touch by making wonderful biscuits. There was also fruit and an assortment of breakfast bars. There was plenty of coffee and tea.

The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay, and perfectly located for our daily outings. The kitchen had everything you needed for eating in and we will definitely stay here again when we come back for a visit.
