Katiusca is truly the most sweet, kind, generous, warm, and welcoming host. She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

The room was more than we expected, more like an apartment with kitchen and also a washer and dryer. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. Also an underground garage!

The room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The private parking was great! The owners were caring and very attentive, they truly took care of us. It’s very close to the train station, so it was very easy to get around.

A perfect getaway with breathtaking views! The property is spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need—high-quality furnishings, beds, and linens, all in pristine condition. The spacious, well-maintained grounds offer total tranquility, with no neighbors in sight. We loved spending time with the adorable mini sheep, clearly cherished by the owner. The small on-site store with local wine and honey was a lovely touch. The hot tub on the terrace was absolutely stunning—a perfect place to relax while enjoying the scenery. Don’t worry about the road—yes, it’s narrow, but never busy, with plenty of passing spots. Locals handle it with ease. In our week-long stay, we only met someone on the road once, and we easily passed using a safety spot. Plus, there are plenty of stores and restaurants down in the town, so everything you need is within reach. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend!

It's been a great trip to Ticino. The property is in the very center of Bellinzona, right next to two castles, close to the railway station. It is very spacious and has everything one may need, including a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and shelves full of books. The host Matteo is very kind and forthcoming.

    It was a very clean and comfortable hotel within easy distance of the motorway. The staff were delightful - so helpful. Breakfast was ok and we enjoyed the free access to coffee etc. The car park was ample and within easy reach. The nearby restaurant was superb!

    Strategic location if traveling by car from or to Italy (and Côte d'Azur) Hotel has good parking places (including EV cars load facility) and is in a quiet location. Rooms are clean and have good beds, TV, Wifi and shower facilities In a 2 minutes walk you can visit the nearby Marche for drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will get 20% discount by showing your check in card from the hotel Note: the hotel also serves a simple but ok breakfast (croissants, orange jus, coffee/tea)

    Very quiet place! Parking + charger = <3 Breakfast is all-you-can-eat in the nearby Marché restaurant. Superclean. Can do a short nature walkaround to the nearby bridge.

    A pleasant surprise as we did not expect to much seeing the hotel was by the road, but it was great. Even quite considering it was close to main road. Free coffee and tea. Clean modern rooms. Helpful staff and a great view too. Parking straight outside big bonus

    Stayed before. It's expensive but meets my needs. Right on the motorway but quiet with loads of fields for off-lead dog walking at the back of the hotel, and a motorway restaurant next door. 20% discount at the restaurant. Dog friendly (20CHF/c€20 supplement). Room immaculately clean. Free flavoured water (still/sparking), coffee and teas and croissants in the morning.

    The receptionist was amazing- she stayed open a few minutes later to check us in as my train arrived late. Parking was free and easily accessible. There’s water, tea, coffee that’s free and croissants in the morning. The room was exceptionally clean.
