Everything! The central location and view were spectacular. The apartment was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of five. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome. exactly like in the pictures, the self-check-in is very easy, extremely clean, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen, everything you need is there, only a 5 minute bus ride from downtown, close to a grocery store. we really appreciated the power adapter and the phone chargers (that's a brilliant idea). we will definitely go back, the next time we are in Lugano.

The place was clean and tidy. Recommended if you plan to stay with friends or family. (Can fit up to 6 people) If you are fond of cooking then this place is just perfect as you will get everything you need. You could easily reach town and Lugano lake with a car. Nearby you could find a Thai restaurant (you need to cross the road via the tunnel and turn right). There is also a kebab restaurant just a few steps away. The owner sent us details on how to do a self check in and park the car. Switzerland has a special place in my heart as I got my degrees here. I look forward to coming back again in the future. Thank you very much for the courtesy and help during our stay.

    very good breakfast, very nice location close to MTB trails and hiking tracks, restaurant must be good as well but we did not get a table. big parking space. all very tidy and clean.
