Everything was excellent from start to finish: very friendly staff through the hotel, very nice, spacious and well appointed room (if you can, get a junior suite with lake view), dinner at the restaurant was also very good (nice variety of choices and good wine list, nice views of the lake from almost all tables) and so was the breakfast (wide selection). Highly highly recommended!

The breakfast was very nice you can pick from a wide range of cheeses and meats witch is quite a change from the standard English breakfast but definitely worth it.perfict scenery with a view of the snowy mountains of Switzerland that you can see from your room on a clear day. Showers are spectacular; nice hot water , very clean, free soap and fresh towels. What more do you want.

A small hotel run by the owner who took care of all. Of course Swiss hospitality is superb. The breakfast was more than plenty with surrounding that I felt like eating at home. The hotel was near the train station but no noise disturbed me at all during those 7-night stay.

Absolutely fantastic place! have no complaints whatsoever. The kitchen is fully stocked and amazing. High quality appliances and ample space. The dining room, living room and terrace were awesome. And we got a free upgrade from the owner to the rooms upstairs. She was so accommodating and friendly. You can really tell that the place has been treated with love and care and every detail is thought about. I would recommend this place to anyone
