Sandra and her family are incredibly warm, welcoming, beautiful people. It felt like walking into a comfortable happy home. I LOVED my stay here. Its all super clean (The rooms, bathroom, kitchen etc). There is SO much attention to detail. There is always plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner etc. They welcome all the people staying at the hostel for meals, drinks frequently. Even if breakfast is not part of the deal, they offered fruit and cereal (as much as you want , not the measly thing that some big hostels do). Excellent hot showers. Comfy beds. Superb vibe. Very close to the center (walkable to everywhere). By the promenade. Everything was amazing. I loved staying here thanks to Sandra and her family's warmth and disposition

This is for sure one of the coziest hostles we've stayed in, and we have stayed in so many different ones over the world. It's so clean, the kitchen is big and they provide free coffee and tea and spices, everything you need for cooking is there for you, and they also provide laundry service. The showers and bathrooms are clean and the water is hot, perfect for chilly evenings. We had a double room on the first floor and the beds were extremely comfortable and we sleapt like babies during the 6 nights we stayed there. The very highlight was Sandro and Lady, the owners of the hostel. They went above and beyond and even further with helping, guiding, showing, telling and recommending places and things to do, when and where. They own and take care of the hostel all day, every day, by themselves and we were just so impressed by everything they do to provide an excellent hostel stay for everyone. They take the time to really talk and get to know all the guests and their hard work were impressive. We couldn't recommend a better hostel than this, everyone should get a piece of the kindness and warm hearts by Sandro and Lady. Once again, so many thank you from Melissa and Kalle.

Probably one of my best stay in Chile! You feel immediately like at home, in a big beautiful house with everything you need: full equipment kitchen and big and cozy living room. The location is perfect, few meters from a nice bakery, restaurants, cafe, bars, banks, supermarkets, well everything you need. Castro is also a nice city, cool vibe. Big up to the owner, she’s super friendly and welcoming, and all the volunteers. :) I miss already this place! I was supposed to stay 3/4 nights and I stayed there 8 nights. <3

The family was super kind. The facilities were always clean. We felt incredibly welcomed even though our spanish is very poor. The hosts made an effort to answer our questions and help us plan our days. Super close to the bus terminal! Cant recommend this place enough!

Beautiful accommodation with heart and soul in a very nice environment. Pamela was an exceptional guest, very friendly, caring and willing to help anytime. It was a best hostel I stayed in so far. My bed had a great mattress and bedding was of hotel's standard. The host was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. Common area is nicely decorated and a good place to meet other guests.
