Michelle with her sisters take really good care of their guests. They help you with arranging trips in the area. Good english is also really big plus. Rooms are nice, clean, comfortable beds and lovely view from top terasse where you can enjoy evening drink or whatever. They also serve food and drinks at their restaurant. Would definitely come back!

I’ve been traveling around China for 5 months and this was my most memorable stay thanks to the lovely people. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and make it an enjoyable travel experience, from helping book tours to always being happy to chat. Bonus is the hotel connects to a running/biking trail (also leads straight to Reed Flute Cave) and the location is very convenient.

⸻ Incredibly Friendly Staff and Genuine Hospitality 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This was one of the most warm and comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. In the evenings, when we returned, they would ask if we were hungry and offer us fresh fruit. they also gave us a free bed for my daughter. One particularly touching moment: one evening our daughter fell asleep, and my husband and I went out for dinner in the city. The receptionist, who had already finished her shift, stayed an extra hour just to make sure everything was okay — even though we hadn’t asked her to. Another time, they noticed on their own that there was a problem with the lighting in our room. While we were out, they informed us and immediately offered to move us to another room. Since our child was sleeping again that evening, they gave us two rooms to use at the same time. Breakfasts were always adapted to our requests. They gifted us a massage, arranged airport pick-up, and on our last day — when there was heavy rain and some of my things got slightly wet — they even gave us a discount on services. A super cozy place with true human warmth. Highly recommended! ❤️

The owner David is very helpful he booked all my activities and airport drop off for me and event drop and pick me up from the night cruise. The place is very convenient and I walked to Elephant Hill Park before heading to the airport in the morning. They provided me with late dinner and early breakfast as needed. I really appreciate all he did for me!

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we love the deep Chinese cultural essence it embodies. Whether it’s the living environment or the food and tea offered in the restaurant, everything reflects the refined taste of the hotel owner. Fantastic customer service and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were given a full explanation of the local ‘must see’ areas, and we opted for a two day tour package which we feel was fantastic value. This was private with a personal driver who spoke brilliant English. The driver, Robert, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about each place we visited. We had the option to customise the tour to suit our own taste. We had a wonderful experience of Guilin and Yangshuo. Aside from the great tour, every staff member was very accommodating and helped us with tasks such as laundry and food delivery. They even recommended some fantastic local restaurants, a roof top bar and a coffee shop. We cannot complain about anything. Thank you for a spectacular stay!!!
