The view from the room was amazing. There's a shuttle bus from the hotel to the panda garden which helped a lot in the hot weather when we visited. Very spacious dining area and lots of food options at the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff and clean room. Recommended!

Superb experience within old Chinese like building but actually inside was very modest with exceptional facilities and very functional gadgets tool given for amenities. Truly in love with this place and will definitely be back ! Special thanks for very warm helping welcome and very experienced management of the receptionist especially Frank, Kimber, Zoe and Joy who are very fluently speak in English !

I think I had found the best place to stay whenever I am visiting Cheng Du in the future. The crews of this hotel is amazing that they are all so caring, kind and attentive! They treat us like a family member more than a guest. Everything is so perfect during our stay given the strategic location, clean room, comfort bed, nice breakfast. They even contribute their idea to our itinerary planning and also help to book us private car hire to those location. Highly recommended to all travelers who plan to visit Cheng Du. Xi Shu Garden Inn is the best place you could ask :)

Everything was amazing and staff great and very polite and helpful! I wish we could stay longer in Chengdu. Hotel is minimalistic with a touch of tradition. Room is extra cozy and it is greatly equipped with everything you might need. Also there is a drinkable water machine to be set to the temperature of your liking. Breakfast is good. Great coffee. And the hotel is in a quiet surroundings we could hear birds out of the window.
