Very cute place, our room had everything we needed, nice hot shower. It’s about 20min walk to the downtown, so you are not in the middle of all the traffic and loud music. The owner of the place is super nice and very attentive.

We chose this location based on the charming photos of the hotel and its proximity to La Catedral de Sal (the entrance to the park is only a 5-10 minute walk away). But what really sets this hotel apart is the hospitality and generosity of the two brothers who operate it, Rafael and Gabriel. They were so attentive, kind, and informative, providing plenty of recommendations not only for exploring the neighborhood but for further travels across Colombia. That being said, the location really was perfect—we had multiple fantastic meals at the restaurant Indulto across the street, and la Plaza de la Independencia (a hub of bars, restaurants, and general activity) is also a mere five minute walk to the north.
