The place is amazingly beautiful and magical. The garden, the pool, the room. The facilities are very good. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts are so nice, helped in anything we just asked for, plus they are also very knowledgeable about wild animals in the area. A great recommendation for families. Truly a unique place.

After a month in Costa Rica, this was one of our highlights. It is a beautiful, well kept property. We loved the main eating area and cabins. The chocolate tour was wonderful! We enjoyed the area and walked the trails- lots of birds! Even the gift shop was good - with reasonable prices!

The location is on the skirts of Miravalles volcano, close to main attractions and tours but not touristy, which we liked. The owner of the place offered to arrange a tour to see sloths or go to thermal baths. You just need to ask. There is a bus stop in front of the property but we had a car and didn't use it.

So comfortable, kind hosts, huge delicious breakfast included with the stay. Towel included. Very clean property, including the dorm area and washroom. A friendly cat on the property. Plenty of space to hang your clothes to dry-which is needed when staying in the middle of a rainforest!

The staff were really accommodating and friendly, the breakfasts were huge and delicious. Gorgeous rooms and had the most amazing toucan experience just sat out on the terrace.
