Very clean, cozy property. Location is excellent, being 3 minutes away from the center and 4 minutes away from a bus stop to get to Nissi Beach. Facilities were excellent - there were soaps, shampoos, conditioners, clean towels, a stocked kitchen with cups, utensils, plates and even pans and pots, a washing machine, an iron, and much more. WiFi was high-speed. Host was really accomodating, really communicative and responsive, and gave us some incredible recommendations for restaurants nearby. Overall a 10/10.

We stayed for 3 nights in the new section of Abacus. Great rooms, very clean, touch screen controls for the lights/ac/room service/curtains, central air conditioning. It's really close to the center of Ayia Napa, and 30min away from Nissi Beach (walking), by bus (102 going to Nissi, and 101 coming back is 5min away). The pool area (1.2 and 1.3m depth) I think is also newly opened, and it was great, enough sunbeds, infinity pool, some vegetation, music, bar. The restaurant (Suite34) was great. Food was really good and more than fairly priced (if you don't have meals included). Compliments to the kitchen team. They have a different theme for the food every night, so you won't get bored. Also, the breakfast was great aswell and a really good coffee to go with it. Had a great stay, definitely recommend.

A small coquette hotel with a pool and a relaxing area. Very comfortable bed . The hotel and room were very clean. The location is very close to the Nissi beach and bus stations (across the Hotel). Near by there are restaurants and pubs. The stuff is very friendly, and they helped us every time. We arrived earlier than the checking hour, and the stuff helped us to check in earlier than 15:00. 😊

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely Eleni, whose kindness and warmth made us feel right at home. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests were evident throughout our visit. The apartment itself was clean, and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to Eleni, we had an amazing time and felt truly cared for. Her personal touch and dedication to her guests made our stay at Eleni Apartments a memorable one. The location is also great!     The host is amazing, super nice! The apartment is really good, has everything you need for a short stay, is new, seems to have been ready in 2019, has a free public parking lot just IN FRONT of it which I found place to park everyday for 3 days in a row (ok, Saturday which is the busiest is more complicated). Wifi is good, A/C is great, has power outlets with USB on both sides, so everything one need for a short stay. Close walk to main restaurants and night life!

    I really liked the service I've got and all the professionalism the staff made. The rooms were clean and tidy. All the furniture was new and modern. The gym was good enough for normal train. There was a free parking lot for use which was exceptional.

    The stay at Zoi was wonderful! The hotel is modern and clean with all the amenities. There is ample free parking nearby which made traveling a breeze. But what really makes this hotel shine it’s it’s wonderful staff and owner! Not only did they wait up 3 hours extra after closing time to let us in, they even surprised us with Prosecco for our wedding day. The staff truly made this a great experience with their exceptional service. Truly recommend visiting!
