If I can give this property 20 out of 10 I would. Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy and facilities are very well thought throughout for the best stay that you can have. I've traveled a lot and apartments are my preference for stay because of convenience, but this one exceeded my expectations. Bonus stuff that made our stay amazing: 1. The friendly host - Nikos was amazing and made everything possible for us to feel at home; 2. There was dishes soap, sponge, salt, frappe maker, utilities to clean the apartment (if you wish) during your stay, also let me mention that this is the second place in my life where the host left us washing powder for the washing machine, we were able to clean our salty towels before going home. 3. 10 min by foot away from Venus beach - a great place for relaxation and swimming 4. 10 min by foot away from Lidl 5. Bus stop to the Kato Paphos is like 5 min from the property 6. There is a small pool, which was impeccably clean everyday 7. A cosy balcony - with a place to sit down and sip your frappe 8. I really felt like home. If this place is available for you desired dates, I highly recommend you to book it! You won't regret this choice. These guys really know how to make your holiday a wonderful one. Thanks again and see you soon (i hope) 🫶

The BEST of 7 hotels I did the last 30 days. Genius view from the breakfast room, also nice view from the small balcony. Marvelous breakfast. Caring staff and owner. Details were thought through. Very central.

Nicholas (front desk) and all of the bar staff were outstanding. The facilities were clean, and we enjoyed the ocean access area and the pool, not to mention the excellent gym. Christy, who operated the little sales shop, was warm and friendly. Nicholas suggested the nearby Taverna, one of our favorite meals in Cyprus. We also really loved the hotel's morning breakfast buffet!

- Private parking (incl in stay price) was the greatest advantage for us. - The room was spacious, clean, with the full-size kitchen and all cooking amenities - Beds were comfy. It was quiet enough for sleep with the window closed (at least in April)
