Overall, it was nice and interesting to stay at The Bunker and it met our expectations for the two days that we stayed. We traveled on 30 July 2024 mid-summer for a concert in Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen Germany, a 30 mins drive from Essen. Mr. B the host was super nice and very attentive and replied immediately to our questions and was available if we needed anything. The price was perfect, the apartment has modern decor, dining room, full kitchen and refrigerator, living room with TV, game console. The apartment is fully furnished with a balcony and there is a convenience store around the corner. Central location, the place is close to grocery stores, train stations and the center. Checking in and check out was easy. We recommend the place for short stays.
