Everything was amazing. Uzay, at the reception was so helpful. I wanted an upgrade, he made sure I will get it in timely manner. Very polite, professional and helpful. The apartment had amazing views of the city skyline and the river, very nicely decorated and really comfortable. Everything is on a walking distance, the neighborhood is really safe and clean.

Everything. The room was gorgeous. We loved the elevator system. The front desk staff were excellent - very professional, attentive, truly 5 star. A special thanks to Thomas, Lili and their colleagues. Housekeeping was very prompt and efficient. Bartender was very pleasant. Concierge and the porter service was very helpful and pleasant. Also, the location couldn't be better, everything was in a few minutes walking distance: shopping, Christmas markets, museums, restaurants.

The apartment is wonderful, very spacious and clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay - kitchen utensils and appliances, super comfortable beds and pillows, a large kitchen and a separate large living room. It is in a very quiet place, but at the same time, very close to all the important points in the city - the Höchst train station is 300 m away, the old town is 50 m away, the nearest supermarket is 100 m away (and works until 00.00), there are as many restaurants and cafes as you want... In general, a wonderful apartment for you and your children/friends! I don't think there is anything more to wish for.

Axcellent location, It is in the central area, but it is also very quiet. The U ban( metro) and the tram and bus station is near the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable! The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable.

Staff was lovely and surprisingly spoke our language (I speak fluent English but my first language is Spanish). There was an error that had a different bed type in the reservation and the staff gave us the room we needed without even asking for it! The second guy was just as nice since he got us a cab in short notice and was also very friendly. Room was great and very complete with everything we needed. Confortable and clean as you would expect. The location was very decent, not very public transportation friendly but thats more on the city. If you walk a few minutes (10 or so) you do reach the metro station easily but with luggage is hard and cab is the easiest (but not too cheap) option if you need to reach the train station. There is a giant mall nearby which is nice. Breakfast was good, I had slightly better one in the other Premier Inn that I stayed in Cologne but this one was pretty nice as well.

excellent location in the City center. walking distance to the river, trains, trams. if you like Kebab you'll have good options right at the same street. Great price, good room and breakfast. You can park the car in the hotel garage. The room service is not every day, it's on request.

    Very nice and affordable hotel central in Frankfurt. Clean, good room with all I need (like desk and safe). Great staff, great breakfast. Shops and free street parking nearby. I have been here before, and would come back when the price stays similar (they have new owners though)

    The room and breakfast were amazing, while the hotel an reception looks dated, the rooms are great. There are free parking in front of the hotel, if you are lucky. There is also secure parking in the hotel for 15€ a night.

    This is my regular hotel in Frankfurt (during periods where the price is ok). Great staff, nice room (no airco), 24h reception, great breakfast till 10am, central, free street parking nearby. The neighbourhood, as often near railway stations) is not too good (drugs dealers), but no problems. See also my other reviews. Hotel has a new owner, hope there will be no changes and price stays affordable with around 50-60 euro for single room. If price goes up, I would have to change to other reasonable options in Frankfurt.
