Very large rooms with a traditional rustic vibe. Beautiful views of the village and the surroundings. The restaurant downstairs is a traditional german one with fresh (probably local) traditional produce. The owner and staff were very friendly and nice the whole time.

It is a beautiful location with a lovely hotel. The road towards the hotel was already putting us in a relaxed mode. So much green! The hotel looks beautiful. The receptionist was very welcoming and nice, explained us where everything was and that we could still eat at a restaurant 150 meters down the road if we'd hurry (we arrived at 20.15, the restaurant kitchen closed at 20.30). The rooms were spacious, looked renewed, and we had a view on the garden. The beds were nice, the shower was great. Breakfast was also lovely, many choices. You could also eat breakfast outside if you wanted to. We stayed for just one night since we were travelling home from Croatia and were looking for a hotel halfway, near Passau. I'm sure we'll come again!

Our room overlooked the river, had a wonderful view, the evening and early morning reflections in the river were beautiful. The room was large with 2 occasional chairs, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was large, it could maybe have a few more pegs/ towel rails for towels to hang. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were all delicious.

The host is really friendly and helpful! we arrived in the late night and the host waited for us and came pick us up at the front door. She was so lovely and introduced the rooms and the facilities. The breakfast was very nice as well. a great selection of the food. The environment is very family friendly and the garden for kids is an asset! This is certainly an unforgettable experience!
