The apartment itself is amazing, very clean and neat! With an amazing view of the Karwendel mountain! Right in the heart of Mittenwald. But what we loved the most was the restaurant underneath the apartment: Tischlein deck dich! Both belongs to the family that rented the apt. The chef Elia is the son and he gave us a complete MasterChef Experience! It was the best and most criative meal we ever had. He only uses local em natural ingredients, so the Menu is seasonal, witch makes ever more reasons to come back in different times. It was really amazing, incredibly!!! After dinner we had some drinks on the bar attached to the restaurant and had a chance to talk a little bit with Elia and changed some culinary tips. We gave him some Brasilien sweets to taste and he showed us some of his amazing ingredients.

We made a stop in Mittenwald on our way from Dobbiaco in Italy to München airport. Wohnung Violine is a fully equipped, spacious apartment located in the center of Mittenwald. The building is 300 year old and a large balcony looks out over the impressive three mountain peaks. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night but this is a place to enjoy for much longer. The lovely host met us at the door and gave us a detailed explanation of the town, its history and its environment, and made several suggestions for walks and where to eat. We used all of his suggestions to the point! We had a designated parking spot where we could leave our car for the rest of the day of our departure.

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 3. Very nice apartment, spotless clean and comfortable. Very close to hiking trails and to the city center. The host Regina is a lovely and friendly person. I highly recommend and hopefully we will stay there in the future.

    The location was perfect, right in the centre of Mittenwald. We came by motorbike and there was a secure parking garage at the back. We had a room with a balcony with lovely flowers and a view of the mountains. The guest house is a typical, old fashioned Tyrolean type, old dated furnishings, but super clean and all you need. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful.

    The most stunning location, the view from the apartment is unparalleled! We happily sat outside just admiring the views. The apartment is also well located, a short walk into town and close enough to the main road. The underground parking was also a handy feature as we rented a car.

    The place is really nice, modern, clean and comfortable. The location is super, very close to old town. The accommodation is above the restaurant. Find the restaurant first. Behind the restaurant is a parking lot. The entrance to the car park is like a footpath for walking. There are parking signs for the property in the local language.

    The hotel is beautifully decorated and the location is superb in the centre of Mittenwald. The views of the mountains are lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Car parking is limited but available. At the time of our visit, the hotel did not have a restaurant for dinner but the town is only a few metres away and has plenty of restaurants.

    The hotel has an entrance on the main pedestrian street and runs back to the main entrance and car park on the street behind. Ample free parking is a big bonus and lots of food places and small supermarkets nearby. The single room I was in was large with en-suite shower/toilet. The fittings are elegant and plenty of storage/seating. I had a small balcony looking over the town to the mountains. WIFI is reasonable, good enough to stream shows.
