We stayed as a group of five for one night at the amazing location. The apartment was extremely clean, is just renovated and set up with new and quality furniture. The kitchen has all required devices and equipment. The living and dining room provides plenty of space and looks pretty stylish. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Our kids loved the bunkie bed. The bath room has a nice bath tub. The host are very friendly, welcoming and going above and beyond. He even provided a cold local beer in the fridge and our kids were allowed to see the pets in the garden. Overall, it is a fantastic place to stay some nights and Rudolstadt and the area along the river Saale are worth a trip.

An old castle, nicely renovated and decorated with charme. Very friendly and helpful staff. When the weather allows it, sitting outside in the beergarden with a local brew is making any evening enjoyable.

The staff was very kind and polite. Great breakfast and great service. The room was spacious and clean. The view to the village was nice and you could hear the sound of a stream that flows nearby, Having my motorcycle parked in the inner yard of the hotel made my stay even better.
