I enjoyed everything about this lodge. The owners were exceptionally friendly and very helpful, providing me with many ideas of things to see and places to visit for birding in the area. Breakfast (not that I ate that often) was delicious & plentiful. Dinner (I had a couple of nights) was delicious. The owners were always in contact if they had questions or if I had questions were ready to answer.

Our host and his family were very nice, helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. Their food, especially the pizza is outstanding.

The setting of the whole facility was very pleasant and comfortable. The gardens were fantastic. The short hike to the waterfall close by was amazing, although it required rubber shoes.
