The view from the terrace is wow. The staff is very caring, they helped us with all our requests. It s a pity that we couldn't stay more because the hotel was full. I recommend you guys to put a sign to indicate the location, since it is a bit hard to find the entrance.

Everything is perfect in this hotel, from staff, amenities, rooms, food, you name it—all are 5 stars rated. Staff are very friendly, from reception to butlers. Receptionists Kero, Madonna, Mahmoud, and Jailan. Moustafa from the staff is also very helpful. I can't say more than it was a very stunning experience.

Nice stay. They were definetely amazing to make the stay great. Especially Asma was a great host. She would take care of anything you need. And she arranged everything about our tours, she gives us all information on WhatsApp and everything was great and well organized The location of the hotel and its excellent view to the pyramids. The staff, very nice people and always willing to help with a nice smile.

It was a very unique experience! The hotel is new, clean, and everything is brand new. The staff are very eager to assist you at any moment, from the moment of arrival to departure. The manager was truly amazing, and they provided us with a very special breakfast with a view of the pyramids. Highly recommended!
