My girlfriend and I booked 4 nights in November in the Makadi Spa Hotel. The location, the food, the entertainment and the whole resort area was simply amazing. But what I really have to mention here is the exceptional friendly and helpful hotel employees! We felt welcomed and helped and supported all the time. Special thanks to Hana especially who also helped us all the time during our stay. He also supported us and gave us good advices for our trip to Cairo later on! I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

The perfect destination🥰 ! Thanks for Zahra for taking care of us from before the arrival till we got back home, and taking care of every detail we needed at Jaz Aquaviva. The aqua park was so exciting for us and the kids, had so much fun.The main swimming pool is very relaxing. For the main restaurant;it had a diversity of very good quality selections. Paprika restaurant's service was excellent, starters were great, and umm ali( an Egyptian dessert) the best ever.Thanks to Mohammed Saeiid too, the guest service agent was so helpful, gave suggestions to help with our stay.The room was spacious, clean, lighting was perfect. Makadiko, customized virgin mojito, turkish coffee and lots of tasty drinks were made perfectly at the lobby bar. Excellent value for money...highly recommended.🤍

from the first minute you will feel the hospitality and welcoming from the staff. firstly, i asked for an upgrade to my room and in less than 2 seconds Mahmoud @ reception said ( for sure we will do) thanks a lot to him. all the staff in every restaurant are amazing with a great smile over their faces. thanks to hossam & borie @ citadel restaurant. also Mohamed @ food court restaurant. beach is very clean put make sure to use swimming shoes pools are very nice and warm it was my wife birthday and asked to get a cake for celebration and the most nice touch from the hotel is providing a cake @ my room in addition to another one in the asian restaurant. special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud (front office manager) for all his efforts and attitude by listening to all my queries and for his help during my stay i highly recommend albatros citadel hotel for your stay , you will never regret choosing it

Really all-inclusive, very tasty food, the staff is really kind and professional. Every meal was something new. It was a great New Year party, a feast. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional 5-Star Experience at Albatros Makadi Hotel! Our stay at the Albatros Makadi Hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! This hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating, offering luxury, comfort, and outstanding service from start to finish. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (No. 2152), which was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The room had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The hotel grounds are stunning, with multiple swimming pools and an amazing aqua park right by the entrance—our kids were in heaven! The dining experience was exceptional. With five different themed restaurants to choose from for dinner, we were spoiled for choice! The Eastern, Italian, Asian, steakhouse, and seafood restaurants all offered delicious, high-quality food—something we’ve never seen in a hotel before. A special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud at reception, who warmly welcomed us and ensured a smooth check-in. We also want to express our deepest gratitude to Mr. Sabir, whose professionalism and dedication were outstanding—he resolved a minor issue swiftly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. His assistant, Mr. Kareem, was also a true gentleman, ensuring every detail exceeded our expectations. The entire team at Albatros Makadi was cheerful, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay unforgettable. We cannot fault this hotel or its incredible staff in any way—this was a flawless vacation, and we will definitely be returning!
