Marvelous stay. Such a magical historic town. The location right on the main plaza and the actual historic building are whimsical. The host was so gracious kind and welcoming. The accomodation was perfect. Really clean place with super comfy beds. Hoping to visit again soon.

I really liked the hotel itself, medieval style building with inner patio, calm and quiet, while being on the main street.     I have stayed here before and it is one of the best Ibis Hotels that I have stayed in. Good range of snack meals and close to a number of Fast Food outlets. Comfortable rooms with big bathroom, not the modular type. Good size shower cubicle and a Bidet as a bonus. Ample secure parking, some of it sun shaded.

    Very good location, with easy access to the train and bus stations. Approximately 6 minutes by taxi to the center of Alcala de Henares. Lidl, Decathlon and shopping centers (La Dehesa and Quadernillos) right next to the hotel. A plus, but not for the hotel 😀, La Dehesa has a self laundry, with decent prices, very useful in the case of a 7-day stay as we stayed. Very kind and attentive staff. Free parking. Overall, the room was spacious and clean, still important these days.

    Location was superb in the old town overlooking gardens but it was a little complex finding the car parking which was a short walk away and involved carrying cases up a difficult set of stairs. Our room was spacious,clean and comfortable . The break fast was good with a wide choice of food which was of a good quality. We stayed when the city hosted the biggest medieval fair in Europe ,what a wonderful experience.
