This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 3.3 km from Tenerife Espacio de las Artes.

The apartment is a separate part of the house, where the owner also lives. It is located on the first floor and has its entrance. There is a spacious beautiful courtyard with a small table where you can savor food and drinks while enjoying the beauty of the flowering plants. The owner is a friendly and nice woman who respects the privacy of her guests. We only saw her once during our stay. The apartment looks brand new. It is well-furnished inside and looks stylish. You will find everything you need there for an extended stay. It is spacious and well-decorated. The bed is big and comfortable. The best way to get there is by car. It is possible to park the car in the front yard. Unfortunately, you will have to find a parking spot on the street before you check in, which is not as easy as it may seem. Once you check in, you'll get a remote control that will open the gate to the courtyard. There is also an option to get there by public transportation. However, in this case, you will have to walk a little bit. We liked the apartment and would recommend it for a long or short stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Our only regret was not being able to stay there longer as we had a return flight from Tenerife.

    We liked the fact that was very close to all restaurants and bars and you couldn’t hear the noise from the street, there was free parking nearby.

    Perfect location! Spacious underground parking, excellent view from the window, 100 meters from the house there is a complex of swimming pools with sea water. Everything is within walking distance. Many thanks to the owner for the hospitality!

    Breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed the variety od food served each day. The wifi was perfect. That's realy important when you are abroad and need to search for info about the place. TV was fine, the bathroom was really big. The room itself was big as well. We got free parking (I think that cause we stayed for 8 nights).

    The comms with the booking company before arrival was good. Apartment is nice, modern, little noise from other apartments. Walking distance to Santa Cruz. Free parking very nearby.

    Tony is a very nice a and helpful host. Perfect location, room very clean, stylish dinner zone. Separate ladies bath and WC. Little bit hard to find free parking around but still you can be lucky and find it, or you can park underground 100m away secure parking for 1.5e/ hour or 15 per 24 hours. Totally recommend this place, great value!

    The staff were fantastic and were of great assistance, nothing was a problem for them, the location is central, only down point is that there is no car park attached to the hotel, but the Interparking is within easy walking distance and offers secure parking for a reasonable rate, hotel restaurant is excellent, and there is a varied supply of fine bars and restaurants within the vicinity, everything is on your doorstep,

    Amazing location between the two main streets of restaurants and main square. There is a 24h underground parking nearby (~5mins walk). Flat was super clean. Good amount of kitchen utensils/ crockery / coffee machine and pods to cook yourself. Netflix on the TV for quiet nights in. High floor level but there is a lift.

    I normally don't review hotels, but this place was fantastic. In a great location beside the tram and secure parking nearby for 10€. Hotel was spotless and the rooms were just like the photos. Highly recommend!!
