The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. During our trip, our family experienced a couple of unexpected challenges. Throughout these challenges, our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive. Whenever we needed help, he was always there for us, giving us peace of mind during a stressful time. Thanks to his support, our family was able to continue our journey through Spain. This was far more than just a wonderful place to stay—it was an experience made truly special by an outstanding host. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. You can book with complete confidence, knowing you'll be staying in a beautiful home with an exceptional host who truly cares about their guests.

Great central location. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay

The breakfast consisted of fresh bread and delicious sausages from their farm. It cost extra, but it was well worth the price. Maria was a kind and gracious host, and she went above and beyond to help my stay go smoothly.

Air-conditioning & elevator, inside the historical town allowing immediate access to all attractions, parking is within walking distance, instructions from owners are clear, Vic serves as our base to villages, e.g. Besalu, Rupit, Tavertet, Castellfollit de la Roca

very nice. reale great design regarding the fact that the building was not built to be a hotel. it had absolutelly everything, complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms. small terrace.

Staying at this rural hotel was nothing short of magical—a true paradise in Vic. The property is absolutely charming, blending medieval character with modern comfort. The owners are incredibly welcoming and made the experience even more special. The dinner was splendid, with flavors that turned every bite into a memorable experience. Visiting during the colder season added a unique charm: soaking in the jacuzzi, followed by a refreshing dip in the cold pool, and ending with the sauna was simply otherworldly. The sauna and gym are impressively new and modern, contrasting beautifully with the rest of the property, which retains its medieval character through stunning stone walls, wooden accents, and impeccable decor. Everything is thoughtfully organized, creating an atmosphere that feels timeless yet inviting. The only downside? Not being able to bring home the adorable little dog Lua. Those who know, will understand! This was truly an unforgettable stay, and I can’t recommend it enough!

La Torre del Vilar is located in the beautiful Catalonian countryside, a short car ride from Vic. It is a wonderful place to stay, with amazing scenery and a terrific staff who made delicious meals of traditional cuisine. We had a villa with a balcony, and spent much of our time just sitting outside enjoying the scenery and listening to the birds. We would love to return some day!!
