We were a group of 3 families renting both gites which had been newly refurbished. Nicely decorated with comfortable beds and excellent tennis court. The couple looking after the house were kind and attentive but the pool is attached to their house so music and loud noise by the pool were not allowed to avoid disturbing them. This significantly affected our enjoyment of our stay. Nearby town of Loches is beautiful. Very good cycling area. Good access to Loire Valley chateaux and vinyards

The location was perfect for us - a quiet spot nestled between corn and sunflower fields. I would love to see the sunflowers at peak (probably mid-July to mid-August). The hosts were wonderful, very friendly and happy to share their home. The rooms are in the same building as the hosts but separated by an entry hall. We were greeted at the door and shown to our room, which included a comfortable bed, couch, and large bathroom with a claw-foot tub and separate shower. Hosts stocked the room with coffee, assorted teas, and chocolate on the pillow. Very French countryside feel. They have animals on the property including a donkey and chickens. We would definitely go back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a property in Chambourg-sur-Indre and it was a wonderful experience. The property was nice and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The free parking was a little away, but it was not a major inconvenience. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The shower and other facilities were top-notch, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location of the property was also fantastic, with easy access to central locations and trails. The people in the village were very friendly and welcoming, adding to the charm of our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Chambourg-sur-Indre.
