The apartment was an exellent example of decorative art with unique and good taste features. It was cold outside so it was nice to warm up in an old style large bathtub. The bedroom and the living room were much larger than we expected. ¾

the French couple/owners were so welcoming and hospitable. The home is out a bit in the country (which we always strive for) and doesn’t have a sign so you would never see it driving around as we usually do. it’s actually a private home with 3 rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom -good to know/expect. Jack, the husband is fluent in English and took the time to share his outside yard while his lovely wife tried to find reservations for us for dinner. such a sweet couple. and a nice way to spend time in a real French countryside home and not some chain hotel. this is a place/fun time our husbands are still talking about. (we are late-mid 70’s and travel like Gypsies so there’s that) Jack also suggested a “typical French town” to visit and we are so happy for that advice.
