First of all the host is friendly and more than helpfull. Apartment is exactly like in the pictures, spacious with all the utilities you need, extremly clean and confortable. The building is also quiet and with friendly people. The area is very quiet at night but even if it would be noisy if you close the windows you can't hear a thing. There are all kinds of shops around and the train station can be seen from the balcony. All in all everything is within reach, from shops to restaurants. For the car is also a space available in the garage so you don't have to worry about park spaces. I would like to thank the host for hospitality and availability, if you have a question or a need you get help very quickly. We will come back for sure since Paris is huge and in 3 days you can't see everything, of course we will choose the same place because we loved it so much. Merci beaucoup.

Very clean and new room. Way more spacious than we’ve expected. Super cool sauna and very modern gym. Quiet district without weird people. A lot of nice and relatively cheap food places around.

I did not eat the breakfast, The facility was beautiful the rooms are different for my taste. The bathroom is seperate from the shower which for me is a little inconvenient because I am a Dr and washing my hands is habit so going into another room to do the task was daunting. The room color is a bright yellow not exactly the color scheme I would choose for a bedroom.. I would actually love to redecorate the rooms to make it more of a breathtaking experience. The Staff is truly amazing very attentive to all needs.

Actually it is located in a hotel building. I have chosen it because of neighborhood and free parking as it is an important point in Paris. Nice and safe area, Clean inside , small but with almost all you need for a short stay in an apartment. Clear instructions from the owner to enter the parking and apartment. I guess it is in line with Paris standard size, however, it is suitable for max two adults or if you have a kid that can sleep beside you. Near to the Metro and bus station. Restaurants and groceries are in 20 min walking distance. Air conditioner that was turned on before our arrival.
