He carried out case to the room, showed us around. He had also booked a table for at the only restaurant opened at that time of night in Vittel. Off street parking was great so we did not need to unpack the car. Nice touch to be served drinks by a person with the buffet breakfast. We received 5 star service! The location was wonderful.
