The location was magnificent, parking was available, the room was perfect cozy with a wonderful large tub! Food was beyond tasty! Bar area was comfy cozy, and all staff was friendly and helpful. We loved so much, we decided to extend our stay.

This is a fun and unique vacation place. We really enjoyed having a place of our own with such privacy and such beautiful views! You have everything you need for a short stay. There was a small refrigerator and microwave, along with plates & utensils. They provided some quick breakfast items and also coffee & tea. Very nice!

The cottage is beautiful and so cosy. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our little weekend away. Claire was so helpful with one little issue we had. The weather was kind to us so all in all a great time. We will be back again very soon x

    Very welcoming and friendly and helpful owners and staff. Really comfortable beds and pillows! They have a great chef...we had a super dinner and very tasty breakfast. The location is very central too and there is free parking at the hotel.

    Excellent location, free parking lot across the street. Our room was compact but had everything we could need and more including the smallest fridge I’ve ever seen! The Alexa speaker was a great addition. The bed was comfortable, Wi-fi great and the breakfast is amazing. Staff very friendly & helpful. My husband and I were travelling in Wales and stayed in 7 different Guest Houses/Hotels. The Arosfa was one of our best choices.

    The location was a little outside town, but it was quiet and there was a pleasant riverside walk. And the free parking was a bonus as parking in Aberaeron town could be difficult. Veggie breakfasts can be a bit hit or miss, but Llys Aeron provided the best veggie breakfast I've ever had in a guest house or hotel.

    Could not get a better location in Aberaeron. We stayed in the cottage overlooking the harbour which is excellent for 2 couples. parking next to the cottage or in the hotel car park. Breakfast at the hotel was 5 star love staying at this cottage
