The property was spotless and the facility were 2nd to non for this price point. Probably one of the comfiest beds I have slept in. We also had a sitting room where we could relax after a long cycle ride before going for dinner. All in all really really wonderful stay.

Beautiful view and a lovely warm cottage named Buttercup . We slept like babies because its very quit and you could only hear the cows of the neighbours.Rachel and Rory are very kind and warm. There hospitality is more than we expected! They gave use very good tips where to eat or to visit. Our 10 years old son had also a great time. He could play football in the yard. The view from the bedrooms is spectaculair! So nice to wake up with that kind of view. Whitby is only half hour drive. In Lastingham is a great pub with very good food ( fresh prepared) . York is an hour drive ( we didn't had enough time sadly). hopefully we will be back in springtime!
