This was such a wonderful place to rest after doing the Coast to Coast path. The host was wonderfully welcoming and helpful and the room was so beautiful. We very much enjoyed our visit.

It was really modern and cozy! It also had pretty much everything that was needed for our stay! The neighbours were also really nice and polite. The location is also really nice and peaceful. The little stream in front of the house is also really beautiful and relaxing!

Even though we only stayed one night on our way, we really enjoyed it! The house was cozy and the views were great! If we are ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be checking to see if Sunnyside Farm is available! 10/10 recommend!!

    Our room was amazing, very luxurious, the bed was huge, so comfy! Having a bath over looking the estuary was so good, relaxing. Breakfast was superb, all local and freshly cooked, piping hot and delicious. Margaret is lovely, nothing was too much trouble, she made us so welcome and spoiled us rotten. Parking was good, we had a pass for the carpark which we could also use in other nominates car parks around the area. This was our return stay and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

    The stay exceeded our expectations. Room was very comfortable with a verandah overlooking the bay. You get a parking permit to park in the car park behind Bay Villa. Breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of variety. Margaret was the perfect host. There was a basket in the room with plates, cutlery, napkins and take away menus, which we used for an Indian takeaway. We would definitely recommend this place to stay and we will return.

    Amazing friendly staff! 2 ladies on reception and breakfast staff were lovely! I was astounded by the size of my room, much bigger than expected and very comfortable! Very good value for money! Breakfast great, plenty of choice. Car parking was not an issue at all, I was worried after seeing reviews on here but there are adequate spaces. Location is great. Will definitely return

    Lovely location beautiful gardens. A little hill up to the house but lifts inside. Plenty of free parking. Stayed for dinner and it was lovely. The only reason for the less than perfect review was the noise at the back of the hotel from the venting duct
