Although we could not walk into the city we were a short drive from the local train station. We could park the car for free and the trains ran frequently. Plenty of car parking nearby too. Our apartment was comfortable and warm with a good shower. We slept really well even though it was blowing a gale outside. Kitchen had a hob, oven, microwave, kettle etc. but was lacking a few utensils although we were fine cooking a simple evening meal.
