Kerrie, the owner, was so helpful and great at answering our questions and giving us tips. The flat was warm, very comfortable and clean. It was great to have a washing machine, but there is no dryer. However, a drying rack is provided. The location is great as there is public transport very nearby to get into Brighton. The beaches and villages at this location are also lovely to visit. It is much less expensive than staying in Brighton, so it is a great value for money.

Cleverly designed, considerately furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean accommodation - perfect as a base for exploring the south coast and visits into Brighton/Hove. Despite it's relatively compact size, it had everything we needed (and more) for a cosy stay on a stormy night in late October. Located 2 minutes from Southwick station (though you could not hear any train noise), we were in central Brighton within 25 minutes of leaving the property. Great communication throughout from the friendly, informative hosts. Would very much recommend, especially considering the value for money this lovely little place represents.

Enjoyed a wonderful short break at Annex by the Sea. The accommodation was so well thought out and comfortable and spotlessly clean. We will definitely look to stay again when next in the area....perfect location for access to Brighton and Hove.
