The cottage was roomy and spacious for a cottage. Great kitchen! We used the fireplace a lot too.

Everyone was fantabulous! Suzanne went above and beyond several times for us. We were spending overnight before my cousins wedding nearby and forgot tights. She stopped at the Biggar Co-Op to see if they had them for us. Appreciated her great sense of humor and wonderful meal service. I needed gluten free and had the most delicious pheasant with gf gravy! I still pine over it! It was a welcoming and felt like coming to friends/families house comforting. Would gladly go out of our way to stay here again. Loved the stay in the cabins.

Superb place, really nice studio, good shower, everything in the studio you would want, very quiet day or night,nice continental hamper supplied. 5 minute walk to the high street, very nice owner (Helen) we will be back.

A stunning setting with a dedication to provide a pristine environment. Good Parking. Large bedroom with en-suite shower - bathroom in excellent condition & all in working order. The Breakfast & Evening meal served in a large dinning room overlooking the well tendend gardens. The Lounge area looked so inviting, however, too tired to enjoy on this occasion - will definitely rebook this hotel.

The refurbishment is very tasteful and our room was most comfortable. We booked at the last minute and arrived about 7pm. The hotel was fully booked with a large coach party but we still received a warm welcome and the staff were on top of everything. A lovely breakfast was served with plenty of choice. There is a really large secure car park and beautiful grounds to walk around. We have stayed here before and will again.

I enjoyed a nice room with excellent WiFi and a pleasant breakfast, if a little overpriced. There is a large car park and the staff were all very friendly. I would definitely stay again.
